In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt.
In another large mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick pulls clean from the center. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into nine squares. Enjoy.
