
Add the self-rising flour and stir until combined. (The batter will be very thick; this is normal).
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Smooth out the top with the back of a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes, until cooked through and a toothpick pulls out clean from the center.
Let cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling. Slice and enjoy.
