Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop to portion out the cookie dough onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Press each with a fork to flatten a bit.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown along the edges. Let cool on the baking sheet, then enjoy.

Recipe Notes

  • Feel free to add a drizzle of melted chocolate and a sprinkle of coarse salt after baking – when I have the time, I love that addition!
