Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
1/2cupunsweetened oat milk(or another milk alternative)
1tspapple cider vinegar
1 1/2tbspfresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2tbspfresh chives, minced
1/2tspItalian seasoning
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tsponion powder
1/4tsppepper
1/4tspsalt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir well. Seal the jar with a lid and shake the dressing so everything is well combined. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
If texture is very thin, add an additional tbsp of mayo at a time. If it’s too thick, add an additional tbsp of oat milk at a time. I’ve found the texture can vary considerably depending on the brand and type of mayo used. Also keep in mind that this tends to thicken up a bit in the fridge.
