  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk (or another milk alternative)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir well. Seal the jar with a lid and shake the dressing so everything is well combined. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • If texture is very thin, add an additional tbsp of mayo at a time. If it’s too thick, add an additional tbsp of oat milk at a time. I’ve found the texture can vary considerably depending on the brand and type of mayo used.  Also keep in mind that this tends to thicken up a bit in the fridge.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
