  • 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the dairy-free butter, sugar, and brown sugar, until light and fluffy.

  3. Stir in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop heaping tablespoons of the dough onto your baking sheets. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
